| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - We are pleased that two pieces of legislation aimed at preventing another hepatitis C outbreak were signed into law on Wednesday.This is a good step forward in applying lessons learned from the 2012 hepatitis C outbreak at Exeter Hospital to make sure such a tragedy does not occur again.There was a time when we wondered whether it would be possible to get any laws passed in response to the outbreak.
