| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Of course I personally disagree with this as I disagree with any form of forced charity including my subsidization of someone else's health coverage / purchasing decisions but I think there is a case to be made that says initially measuring the hypothetical harms to the freedoms of tax payers versus the very tangible gains to others who are recipients is a quantitatively tricky matter.
