| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am of the opinion that the secondary is a function better suited for bit burners but I do also feel that it serves to improve the combustion of the gases as they snake up the back of the vigII. I do not use a rear heat shield an I feel that I get slightly higher temps on the back of the stove with the secondary open about 1/8.
