| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am all for urban density building like this and not urban sprawl (or suburban sprawl), but I think for this to continue to catch on, we also need places in walking distance (especially since a few of the apartments will be reserved for below median income) where people can survive without needing a car such as a grocery store.
