| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (3) If no notice of appointment is received from the professional society within the period specified in subsection (2) of this section the remaining members of the Board shall inform the Minister who may thereupon appoint such person as he may deem fit who is qualified in accordance with paragraph (c) or (d), as the case may be, of subsection (1).
