| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I think what it is is that here in LA especially no one is out for a "sunday drive they are trying very angrily to get to the next spot quickly so when they see a bike rider floating along they instantly hate on them thinking they are joy riding or something.... which is funny cause fast or slow, it is ALWAYS a joy ride!
