| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I would agree if it were a small piece of work, but aside from pure plagiarism I would like such a tool as a form of quality control to ensure that everything I have written is in my own words and that the tone of the dissertation does not deviate between what I know and what I have read/paraphrased in an academic paper.
