| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I believe this same attitude permeated all aspects of New Orleans??? social organization, thus, there could be a ???serious??? discussion about evacuation and no discussion about providing transportation when it was well known that at least 100,000 of the residents had no access to anything other than public transportation.
