  • All the normal test results are encouraging, and make it unlikely that you have MS. MS usually involves recurrent episodes over time, and a normal MRI at a later point after another episode would add even more evidence that you do not have MS. Other possibilites may include a muscle problem (myopathy, which can be evaluated by testing blood CK, and/or a muscle biopsy.
