| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Unfortunately, in the UK especially but also Ireland, there is a tendency never to neuter dogs and this alone is what creates the greatest risk for the dog to end up as a breeding machine (or contributing to the further decline of the breed through poor breeding -- many people will like the idea of having a litter just for fun and profit :( ).
