| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - There is not fixed progression that Blizzard forces upon players, we are free to create our own rules when left to ourselves...and we do.I think we should have more standards than just gear score (as the beginning and end of the debate), but if somebody wants to form a group based solely on that there is nothing to stop them other than people refusing to acquiesce.
