| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (b) REGULATIONS- Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administration shall promulgate such regulations as may be necessary to carry out this section, including regulations establishing a deadline for receipt of applications for prepayment and refinancing under title V of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958.
