  • I find it makes the taste a little richer and this way the soup is a complete meal with my Carbs-Protein and Fat.do not forget healthy fats such as coconut oil, avocado and nuts are OK (in moderation) We need some good fat in our diets!!If I add a little fat to my meals, I find it much easier to stick to my diet/meal plan.**Please purchase ORGANIC foods whenever possible!!Looking forward to DAY 4!!
