| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - y solid blend of roasted coffee, malts and some sweet chocolates at the end. it had a great sweet coffee aftertaste, with almost no bitterness at all. my only complaint is that the body was a little light and watery. i am seeing that as a pattern in my ratings for this brewpub, maybe that is just their style, but i like a little more body, especially in a beer like this. still in all, an excellent
