| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - According to Chuck,and I am playing messenger here... the issues are that the county is trying to stop the rally by imposing all types of regulations on it, something that I have seen in the past with different political entities that I had to work with when they are afraid to see a message get out or if it goes counter claim to what they are trying to do.
