| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I think my biggest concern is that the system has become far too legalistic, and I think we can all agree that historic use is generally not the best arbiter of whats best ??? I wonder if there would be a possibility to introduce a ???binding arbitration??? programme to keep things out of the public inquiry and big legal bills?
