Yes, more Arab tribes moved to Iraq and the Ahwaz area of Iran after Islam came (and in fact, some Arab tribes of Ahwaz came from Iraq and other areas after the 16th century i.e. 400 years ago, nevertheless, it doesn???t changed the fact that Arabs are an ancient people of what is known as Iran today).
