| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) Without prejudice to its powers under subsection (1), the court shall make an order on such terms and conditions as it thinks for either confirming or canceling the resolution; and if the court confirms the resolution, it may in particular by order alter or extend any date or period of time specified in the resolution.
