| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - They thought if people were logged in that would kind of solve the problem which, of course, it does not unless there is a database which associates login names with arrow clicks which I highly doubt.I have no idea if IP information is passed through from Disqus to site managers to determine who is clicking down arrows.
