| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The simple answer is that we are so short of auditors and particularly so short of auditors that are commercially experienced???by that I mean who are used to accrual accounting rather than cash accounting, which has been the norm in the Government???I don???t think there is any choice but to be contracting out, including an internal Audit.
