| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - ust being open to female perspectives on your writing and treating them seriously is the biggest step to make, in my own experience, and it sounds like you have done that already. :) Post more issues that are pertinent to women, (which is not the same as posting more issues that men are not interested in) and you will be read by more women.
