| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I think I chilled to around 70-75??F, but I can not say for sure.The Hefe came out looking quite light pale, particularly in comparison to the extract Hefes we have brewed in the past (not that it surprises me... those extracts can be quite dark).
