| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - i mean down here in the south at least, the police are never very understanding/nice I am not too sure about that, the cops in my neck of the woods are fairly nice about a lot of things though i think most of the time they are probably lazy, plus usually the more truthful you are about the shit you did the less likely they will be tough on the enforcement.
