| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - ssion is obtained, if it is not available via the author or publisher for free distribution then there is a problem.but I came accross (from the same source) a link to a PTS Abhidhamma book which had been scanned and made into a pdf so asked PTS about it and they said it was illegal (another link was dubious).
