| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) On and after the date on which a proclamation under this section has effect, any reference in any written law, contract or other instrument or document to the name of the municipality or municipal council to which the proclamation relates shall be constructed as a reference to the name of the city or city council, as the case may be, as determined by the proclamation.
