  • i eat very very little processed stuff. fruits, vegetables, and whole grains such as oatmeal or quinoa i find is the best diet for me. i buy a few gluten-free crackers but mostly avoid things in packages. i find that wheat is addictive. when i avoid it, i dont crave processed stuff. hope this helps.
