  • hey Kathy i just wondered if you closed the loop - that is, ensured the manager knew just how unhelpful/they were being. obviously talking to their manager might have led to unfortunate consequences for the really helpful employee. in that case - accentuate the positive, and ensure the hotel manager recieves a commendation directly from you about how the employee is a hero and should be though
