| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have seen lots of pictures of California sea lions lounging on them -- our local seals seem to prefer beaches, but terns and other birds love to perch on them, and somewhere in my pictures from my Carribean sailing trip a few years, I have a picture of a buoy that had a whole little underwater ecosystem on it, up to and including fish.
