| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Some feel that it is detrimental.I agree with robust performance management for teachers however I suspect that there was only one head teacher who may have been ineffectual in this duty.Regarding English and Maths it was identified that there was a specific problem for the High schools with attracting and retaining specialist teachers in these subjects.
