| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (a) Any person hereafter desiring to be registered and licensed to use the title 'landscape architect' and practice landscape architecture in this State, shall make a written application for examination to the Board, on a form prescribed by the Board, together with such evidence of his qualifications as may be prescribed by the rules and regulations of the Board.
