| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - You know sometimes I absolutely amaze myself with how dumb I am, kill me now please.......... so I thought yesterday was a good day, 350 calories below my RDI, which followed a good fast day, and that included a Christmas treat last night with a cuppa because I was so far under my RDI. So imagine my shock horror when I saw a small increase on the scales this morning!!!!!
