| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - For my part???and I would urge my right hon. and gallant Friend to observe this???I feel that in a matter of this importance, when a man may either be acquitted or sentenced to death, the rules should be adequate to embrace the sort of case which I have put to the House; that liberal intepretation or stretching should not be necessary, but that the rules should cover it.
