| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - it is because that as part of the belief, there really is no such thing as 'good or evil' (at least not in ways we can understand) and so they simply hold themselves to a ground of ethics rather than morals, the thing is, the biggest common ethic is 'Might Makes Right' and that 'Justice for All' is something that should be truly taken to heart.
