| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - the real question is if he is listed as the father. if so and you have not gone to court for custody, then you both have equal rights as the parents. that means if you give the child to him for visitation and he does not bring the child back, there is not anything you can do except get to court as fast as possible and hope the judge awards custody to you and that your ex honours the judgement.
