| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I think you are dismissing the skills of the union workers had during the union boom in the 40-50-60s by stating their skill sets are on par with a maybe service and definately retail.I am not saying the skill sets were identical, just looking at the types of jobs available to Americans with no higher education.
