| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (g) No person shall transport on a freeway any cat or dog in the unenclosed portion of a vehicle designed or intended for the transportation of property unless the cat or dog is caged or tethered with a harness or leash or is otherwise secured to the area designed to carry property, or unless the vehicle is enclosed in such a manner as to prevent the animal from falling out of or off the vehicle.
