| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Basically my husband takes me through sort of a meditation.He will say, 'You are relaxed, and you are floating on clouds' while you are going through labor and your contractions.I am just concentrating on breathing and staying relaxed because it is when you get tense that makes the whole labor worse and more painful.
