| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Notwithstanding the provisions in this Section 13, Schedule A or any other provision of this Agreement, CALL IT SPRING shall have the right to seek and obtain any injunctive, provisional or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its trade-mark or other intellectual property rights or confidential information or to preserve the status quo pending arbitration.
