| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am not suggesting anything similar here: I just think that the North could act quickly enough that the initial U.S. response would be inadequate, while the later response would be complicated by factors such as occupation of South Korean towns and facilities; by threats of nuclear retaliation; and possibly by holding 28,000 existing U.S. troops in Seoul hostage (in effect, at least).
