| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Also if you???re going for milk you might be getting some fat in there (if you use a fatty milk) which, again, isn???t necessarily the best ??? but then you have studies showing that whole milk is the most anabolic type of milk taken post-workout, so again, the net result is probably good! (Could be that fat soluble vitamins, like vitamin D, work better in whole fat milk.)
