| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Nothing in clause (b) (2) (D) of this definition shall require a fiduciary to utilize any funds other than the assets of the estate or trust to satisfy the conditions set forth in clause (b) (2) (D) of this definition, provided that all of the conditions of clause (b) of this definition are met.
