| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (3) No judge of the Superior Court of Justice who was a judge of the High Court of Justice or the District Court of Ontario before the 1st day of September, 1990 shall be assigned without his or her consent to a region other than the region in which he or she resided immediately before that day.
