| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - so i just made this earlier today and i just checked it out, i didnt do the water bath so the top of the cheesecake was a little brown but not horrible, no cracks thou :). the pecan pie and crust are really good, however my cheesecake was mushy. ive never had a cheesecake be mushy. any thoughts on why it happened? maybe elevation, im in montana so sometimes that affects certain baking things.
