| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (a) All abandoned property, other than money, delivered to the State Escheator pursuant to this subchapter, shall within fifteen months after such delivery be sold by him, at public auction to the highest bidder, except such property as in his opinion is valueless or of such little value that the cost of sale would exceed the probable proceeds therefrom.
