| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am reasonably OK with the regional cap because I think the solution (housebuilding) is long term, and there is a lot of money being spent in the meantime which could go on more longterm stuff- this is in addition to cutting defence and all, because the problem is so bad.
