| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have to say that after training with a pack, and we then decide to take a day hike up something like Half Dome in Yosemite, or some other daytime excursion, we seem to fly up the trail when unencumbered with a heavy pack.Jogging, cycling, swimming, and other types of aerobic activities also help, and it is a nice way to change up your training.
