| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - That is how I look at this trade and I would do both of those trades especially since you will get production now out of Arod and BJ instead of Longo who you will not be keeping (plus hes been injury prone) and you are getting the best pitcher in baseball (IMO) for a struggling star (who again you will not be keeping) and an older starter who has shown not too many signs of being great this year.
