| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (6)The council of a municipality and the Minister of Natural Resources may enter into agreements providing, subject to such terms and conditions as are set out in the agreement, for the indemnification of the municipality by the Province of Ontario for all damages and costs of proceedings resulting from a program established and operated under subsection (2).
