| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - There are instances where adjustments are clearly needed, e.g. Christy and the Satellites (great name for a band), but, in the case of ground based stations, why rely on statistical adjustment when you can get much better / accurate raw data simply by maintaining the stations in a more scientifically proper manner.
