| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2)A river authority shall submit to the Water Resources Board any proposals formulated by them under this section; and if the proposals are approved by the Board, with or without modification, it shall be the duty of the river authority to take all such steps as are reasonably practicable for carrying out the proposals as approved by the Board.
